02Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities depend on the product and level of customisation. Selected existing products with standard corporate branding may start from 20 pieces, while fully customised products generally require a higher quantity. We will confirm the applicable minimum after reviewing your brief.
03What branding and customisation options are available?
Depending on the product, material, quantity and artwork, options may include printing, embroidery, logo patches, custom colours, labels, trims and packaging. We will recommend the most suitable method for your product and brand requirements.
04Do you offer project-based pricing for corporate and bulk orders?
Yes. Each quotation is prepared around the product specification, customisation, quantity, sampling, packaging, production schedule and delivery requirements. This provides a clearer and more relevant price than a standard discount structure.
05Can I request a sample or digital mock-up?
Yes. Stock samples, digital mock-ups and custom development samples may be available depending on the project. Sample, setup and delivery charges will be confirmed in advance, and any sample cost credited toward a confirmed order will be stated in the quotation.
06What are the typical production and delivery lead times?
Lead times vary according to the product, customisation, quantity, sampling and approval process. Once the project scope is clear, we will provide an estimated schedule covering artwork, sampling, production, quality checks and delivery.
07What delivery options are available?
Delivery to one location or multiple addresses can be arranged where feasible. Options and charges depend on the order size, destinations, handling requirements and timeline, and will be confirmed as part of the quotation.
